Every purchase is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If Glucotrix isn't what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of your original order date for a full refund of the product price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility

We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date and includes an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from customer service. No returns are credited after 30 days of the original order date, without an accompanying RMA number, or for any used product.

How To Return

Request an RMA number and return instructions by emailing support@glucotrix.com or calling 1 (855) 978-8758 — support hours: 24/7. Merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer service at support@glucotrix.com or 1 (855) 978-8758 before returning it and we will work with you to make it right.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
